CREDIT FILE. We'll send you a copy of your credit file which will provide you with the full details of what information is currently contained within it. This will assist you in ensuring all your information is accurate and current.

CREDIT ALERT. You will receive emailed updates alerting you to any changes to your file, this will allow you to question any unfamiliar listings and help you detect and prevent identity fraud. By staying alert you can track whether your identity has been stolen and is being used fraudulently to obtain credit.

FINANCIAL CARDS. We'll arrange to cancel and reorder your lost or stolen credit, debit and ATM cards registered with us. We cover you against the cost of fraudulent use of cards between when you call us and when we notify the card issuer.

MOBILE PHONES. We arrange for your mobile phone to be temporarily blocked, so no calls can be made with it. We cover you against fraudulent calls made from your phone between when you call us and when we notify the carrier. Our labels on the phone may also help its speedy recovery.

KEYS. Coded key tags are provided so, if you lose your keys, anyone who finds them can just post them back to us. Your home address is never displayed; meaning the risk to your property is greatly reduced.

PASSPORT. We will arrange cancellation of your missing Australian passport and provide you with the contact details of the Australian Embassy to organise a replacement. We'll even remind you when your passport is due for renewal.
