We lend up to A$1,000 to you for emergency cash. Conditions apply.

Reimbursement of lost money may be included but the claim may not be paid immediately.

Passport lost or stolen

Cancel and renew passport.

One call to us and we arrange:

  • cancellation of an Australian passport
  • assist cancellation of a New Zealand passport (NZ government restrictions apply)
  • help you to replace the passport.

Reimburses the cost of the replacement passport and replacement costs of other travel documents.

Change your address

We notify participating providers for you.
